Is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. BJJ is built on leverage and technique, not raw strength. Our structured beginner classes walk you through the fundamentals step by step – safe and effective from day one.
How quickly will I see progress?
Train two or three times a week and you’ll notice a real difference within two to three weeks – in your fitness, flexibility, confidence and technique.
Do I need any special gear?
For your trial class, sportswear and a towel are all you need. If you stick with it, you can buy a quality gi (BJJ uniform) right at the gym.
Can I cancel my membership?
Standard memberships run for 3 to 12 months and can then be cancelled monthly. Flexible options and pausing your membership are possible – just talk to us.
